Parma have joined Bari in the chase for Juventus enigma Sebastian Giovinco, according to reports.
Bari have been strongly linked in recent weeks after boss Giampiero Ventura made a public plea to the former Under-21 international to move south.
However, reports on Sunday are suggesting that the Gialloblu have made a significant step in acquiring his signature.
The Tardini outfit are understood to have made Juventus a tempting offer for the player known as the Atomic Ant.
Parma, who will be bossed by the offensive minded Pasquale Marino in the new campaign, have bid 3.5m for a 50 per cent stake in the 24-year-old attacking midfielder.
Such a deal would still give Juventus a say in the player’s future should he deliver the goods for the Gialloblu next term.
